Volunteer Time-Off (VTO) Program
Each NCTI team member may use up to three paid days a year to volunteer for causes they care about. You’ll find our team members delivering meals, helping at animal shelters, cleaning up parks, rolling up their sleeves at Habitat for Humanity, and helping out at local food banks.

Curriculum advisory board (CAB)
The Curriculum Advisory Board acts in an advisory capacity to NCTI and its accrediting partner, Arapahoe Community College. Addressable areas of focus and contribution include:

Ensure curriculum is relevant to the student body and to that of the current employment market.

Identify unmet skill/employment needs to strengthen the workforce while fortifying existing curricula and certification/degree programs.

Identify future skill needs based on the rapidly changing and evolving industry.

Make recommendations to help NCTI continue to meet threshold requirements for accreditation.
