Fiber Installation and Activation prepares technicians with the latest technologies and best practices in the field. It covers various topics, including optical transmission, network design, fiber-optic network architectures, passive optical networks, cable construction techniques, and fiber-optic splicing.
The Fiber Installation and Activation course is designed for professionals with prior knowledge and experience in RF Broadband Technology. It equips participants with the necessary skills to effectively install and activate fiber-optic networks. It also affords two hours of college credit, and it’s part of NCTI’s Master Technician certification program.
