Course Overview

The NCTI Leadership Essentials course provides a structured approach to bridging the gap between “managing” tasks and “leading” people. In a fast-paced industry, adaptability and emotional intelligence are the currencies of success.

This comprehensive curriculum focuses on cultivating Authentic Leadership through self-awareness and integrity. Students will master two core frameworks: the “3 A’s” (Appreciate, Align, Activate) for personal growth, and the “4 E’s” (Engage, Enlist, Equip, Empower) for team development. Through self-assessment and conceptual frameworks, leaders will learn to identify their “shadow side” behaviors and craft a corporate narrative that inspires teams to join a cause bigger than themselves.
