The NCTI Delivering Video course is designed to give broadband customer care professionals the technical fluency needed to sell and support modern video packages effectively.

Product knowledge is the foundation of sales success. This course moves beyond basic channel lineups to explain the technology of digital video. Students will explore the evolution from analog to digital, understand the difference between SD, HD, and Ultra-HD/4K formats, and learn the mechanics of high-value services like Video On Demand (VOD) and Whole-Home DVR.
