At NCTI, community involvement is more than a company value—it’s something our employees put into action every year. Through our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, employees receive up to three paid days each year to support the organizations and causes they care about.
Recent VTO activities highlight the many ways our team serves others.
Shannon Ross, NCTI’s Customer Care Manager has been busy! She volunteered with the Coalition for the Homeless, helped deliver meals to local students through the Friday Food Bag summer program, and later assisted Needs Inc. in Wyoming by organizing food and essential supplies for families in need.
Marketing manager Brian Dowell joined fellow members of his hiking club for a “Meals that Heal” event at Ronald McDonald House in Jacksonville. After raising more than $900, the volunteer team prepared and served 112 meals for families whose children were receiving treatment at Nemours Children’s Hospital.

Curriculum Developer Chris Justice and his daughter, Aubree, volunteered together at the 45th National Veterans Wheelchair Games in Detroit, helping support the event while meeting veterans and athletes from across the country.

These stories represent just a few of the ways NCTI employees are giving back. Whether serving meals, supporting veterans, helping families, or strengthening local nonprofits, our people continue to make a difference in the communities they call home.
