NCTI supports the communities where our staff live and work through our paid VTO benefit. Each year, team members may elect to use up to 3 days of paid voluntary time off (VTO) to work on the community service projects and charitable organizations that they’re passionate about. In 2022, NCTI employees worked a total of 137 VTO hours lending a hand at food banks, animal shelters, outdoor cleanup projects, and Meals on Wheels programs.
